A blend equal parts of of Arbane, Petit Meslier, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir planted in the center of the valley where chalk is about a meter deep. This is an incredibly concentrated and layered Coteaux with amazing balance. It is a truly unique bottling that allows you to dig deep or just enjoy a delicious glass of wine. The wine is aged for 12 months in used barrels .
