L'Angelique is 100% Chardonnay, from all of his plots of Chardonnay in Verzy. Indigenous yeast fermentation, 100% malolactic fermentation and aged 8 months in used Cadus barrels before spending 58 months sur lattes. There is 0g/L dosage and only 4,362 bottles made! It is a lean and earthy wine, with a long, salty mineral finish.
