Viaria is 100% Moscato di Noto, different from Zibibbo which is more widely planted in Sicily. It's less aromatic, more vertical, fresh, and gastronomic. A kiss of skin contact and then 18 months of aging in concrete creates a wine abundant with chamomile, green tea, and grassy notes rather than the perfume like florals we expect with Moscato. For a traditional pairing, try it with fish crudo!
