Mater Furiosa is a deep, darker style rosé, made from old vines of Cabernet Franc. Rather than a direct press, Margot and Natalia do a 5-day whole cluster maceration followed by manual press and aging in tank. Savory and dry, with mature fruit and nice material. If you're a fan of light, chillable reds, then this is most certainly for you!
