Les Fouques 2024 Cote de Provence "L'Aubigue" Rosé

Year after year, Yves Gros, Christelle and Jacques at the Biodynamic Domaine les Fouques make our favorite Provençal rosés. "Cuvée Aubigue" is their house rosé, with aromas of stone fruits (especially white peach) exotic fruits, quince and dried flowers with a refreshing palate, and flavors of peach, strawberry, and nectarine over cool herbal notes. The finish is suave and awash with citrus and stone. The 2024 is once again superb with a bit more intensity and mineral flavors on the mid-palate. A wonderfully versatile wine, this is lovely to sip by itself and will be a seriously delicious pairing with salads, full-flavored fish dishes, chicken and grilled pork all summer and all year...complex, subtle, refreshing, dry and delicious. 59% Cinsault, 20% Syrah, 17% Grenache, 2% each Rolle and Mourvedre. And save some for summer 2026...
