A blend of mostly Pinot Noir with a bit of Schwarzriesling (Pinot Meunier). It was fermented in mainly used large barrels before spending 2 years on the lees. It contains 3g/L dosage. The was has excellent ripeness with a beautful nose of red fruit and florals. A stunning wine that is incredble approachable if you're new to sekt!
