100% Pinot Noir from Pundericher Goldlay & Bullayer Brautrock from 12 and 25 year old vines on decomposed grey slate. 50% whole cluster and 50% hand destemmed pressed after 14 days on the skins. Aged 18 months in barriques. A clear bump up in depth while still containing beautiful red fruit like cherries and a real delicate feel.
