A blend of 70% Riesling, 20% Auxerrois, and 10% Johanniter. Crushed and macerated for 8-12 hours then spends 8 months aging in barriques and tonneau before bottling. This is a lightly aromatic white with floral and orchard fruit notes. Bright acidity reveals a pleasant, easy drinking wine with lots of energy.
