The Vermentino Superiore is another of the estate’s signature wines; the vineyard where it is produced is situated at the highest point of the hill. It is a location with a spectacular view, offering a vantage point that literally overlooks the entire Apuan Coast. Crafted from carefully selected grapes, the wine displays a brilliant straw-yellow color; thanks to the proximity of the Carrara quarries, it possesses notable savoriness and minerality. Notes of fruit, yellow flowers, and aromatic herbs can be detected, and the aroma is strongly reminiscent of the Mediterranean shrub. All stainless steel aging.
