A blend of 40% Gruner Veltliner, 40% Weissburgunder, and 20% Sauvignon Blanc that is direct press and fermented in a mix of fiberglass, stainless-steel, and old barrels. This is an incredibly pretty wine, with floral tones, orchard fruit, and lime zest. A really refreshing, fun, bright wine that would be delicious on the beach just like the label shows.
