En Aparté is a very special wine from Lise and Bertrand Jousset, an oxidative Chenin Blanc from the 2019 vintage - a year with some heat and some tannins in the Loire Valley. The Joussets made this wine in a Vin Jaune style, aged sous voile for several years. It's a rare treat and a unique expression of Chenin, bottled in 500ml format.
