Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank without temperature control, with one day of skin contact and 6 months on the lees. Ripe spicy quince and yellow apricot dominate on the nose and palate, with ample salt and savory herbs on the palate and finish. Juhfark, Furmint, Hárslevelű.
