From the importer, GK Selections: Despite being labeled as NV, this release of single cask is a bottling of a barrel of 1979 vintage Moscatel de Setubal. The fruit was hand picked and then fermented on the skins for 3 days before fortification, and then macerated for a further 6 months before racking into used french oak barrels. The wine then rested in barrel until bottling in early 2024.
