The "G" of Chateau Guiraud is lovely in the 2024 vintage, with more Sauvignon in the blend, showing good ripeness but with firm acidity and freshness. The nose is complex with hints of lemon, white fruits, honeysuckle and juniper. The palate is crisp and dry, with complex fruit, herbal and mineral flavors. Serve quite cool with full-flavored fish dishes, white meats or as a delightful aperitif. Certified organic farming since 2011.
