This is an exemplary Arneis from a small estate, Guidobono, in Piedmont. We loved this wine when we first tasted it because it offered classic Arneis profile, of course from native yeast fermentation, and for a great price. There is amply acidity, but also a hint of almond skin and herbs. A great white to accompany food, especially end-of-Summer and Autumn meals.
