This is coming from mostly granitic soils, fermentation is done entirely in stainless steel. A great summer Gruner with bright fresh herbaceous notes with lemon zest and classic white pepper. This is a classic, refreshing, easy drinking white wine perfect for summer salads and seafood. The doodles on the label change for each cuvee but are what they imagine different yeast strains to look like.
