It’s aged in 80% neutral barrels and aged longer in bottle; a blend of 35% 2015 vintage, 35% 2014, 20% 2013, and 10% 2012. Peter Liem describes this wine as, “an elegantly assertive wine, anchored by a deeply resonant chalkiness.”
