Flavors of chewy boysenberry and cola on the nose, with a long spicy chocolate-cherry finish. Smooth and deep, with well-integrated tannins. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 12 months in 500 L Hungarian oak. Practicing organic, unfiltered and unfined.
