The "G" of Chateau Guiraud is lovely in the 2022 vintage, showing beautiful ripeness but with firm acidity and freshness as well. 60% Semillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc. The nose is complex with hints of lemon, passion fruit, peach, honeysuckle and juniper. The palate is ripe and supple - dry, with complex fruit, herbal and mineral flavors. Serve quite cool with full-flavored fish dishes, white meats or as a delightful aperitif.
