Empire Estate NV Brut Rose

This is a particularly outstanding sparkling Rosé which is made up of mostly Riesling along with a small amount of Pinot Noir. It is done using a perpetual reserve for the base wine and spends about a year in bottle. It shows a perfect balance of texture and energy, with some bright berry fruit and a dry finish. Crisp and refreshing while still showing hints of almond and brioche, this hits all the right notes that we love in a good bubbly rosé.
