Eminence Road 2024 Cabernet Franc Lamb's Quarters

This is 100% Cabernet Franc from the wonderful 2024 vintage, which resulted in perfectly ripened fruit that retains acid and structure. The vineyard is on Seneca Lake, and grapes were crushed with 50% stem inclusion and spend 24 days macerating before aging one year in French Oak barrels. It's a beautiful wine full of texture, a tightrope balance of fruit and savory herbs and spice that all comes together seamlessly. There are very fine tannins and bright acidity, and while it feels wholly in balance now it will be interesting to follow this over the next five years or more.
