Eloi Cedo has been an important name in the natural wine scene of Mallorca for many years. He was involved in the 4 Kilos winery, and the project called Chto Pqta (or Chateau Paquita). Novetat is a blend of local grapes Callet and Mantonegro, a light bodied red that has some spice and pep. Best served slightly chilled.
