A vineyard located in the center of the Monthelie Combe with deep brown limestone soils. The Dujardin family farms 0.63 hectares of vines that are 40 years old. The wine is whole cluster pressed with alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrel. Aged sur lie with some batonnage for 11 months in 10% new oak. The wine has incredible texture with high toned fruit alongside white flowers. It is perfectly in balance with nice underlying minerality and a long finish.
