From a late maturing site, the last place they harvest each year. Pressed whole bunch and fermented in barrel. Aged 11-12 months in barrel with an additional 6 month in tank. The wine has incredible minterality with white florals, yellow apple, and lemon curd. A lovely balance of freshness and mineral on the palete with a touch of reduction.
