A blend of Moscato Fior d’Arancio & Glera from 30 year old vines with volcanic soils in Villa dei Vescovi di Torreglia, in the Euganei Hills. Grapes are direct pressed and spontaneously ferment in steel tanks, where Glera macerates on skins for 15 days and Moscato for 30 days. Bottled unfiltered, with added dried grape must for a re-fermentation in bottle.
Glera and Moscato are in perfect harmony here! Quite tea like, green tea scented with jasmine, chamomile, orange blossom, peach, apricot, and sea salt. This wine will make you smile!
