Cossard, Frederic 2022 Bourgogne Blanc 'Bigotes'

This Bourgogne Blanc is a very lean, crisp, refreshing style with beautiful minerality and notes of grapefruit and lemon zest. It concludes with a long, salty finish. This wine just kept getting better with air as I drank through a glass.

40 years old vines planted on clay and limestone soils near the village of Puligny. The grapes are pressed directly to concrete eggs for a year of aging on the lees until bottling.
