A blend of 1/3 Pinot Noir with 2/3 Gamay from a 0.65 hecatre vineyard of 45 year old vines. It is 100% destemmed aged for 16 months in 25% new oak.
This wine has the perfect blend of ripe cherry and plum alongside spice and earth. The fruit has excellent depth and a lifted finish. The flavors here will meld perfectly with Thanksgiving.
