Chemins de L'Arkose 2024 Cotes d'Auvergne Corent Rosé

Old vines of Gamay D'Auvergne grown on volcanic cinders on the volcano of Corent, direct press. Opened the day it arrived from France, showing a slightly opaque light pink/orange color, with pretty aromas of raspberry, orange zest, minerals. Bright and refreshing on the palate. On day two the wine has opened up with lovely strawberry, raspberry and citrus aromas with nice depth of berrry fruits and minerals but remaining light and pure with refreshing saline acidity and berries in the finish.
