100% Pinot Noir from Bisseuil that was planted in 1960. Vinified in 228L used barrels for 10 months on the lees before spending 42 months sur lattes. Disgorged with no dosage. 1,285 bottles produced. This bottling has a stronger fruit presence than the Pinalleuse while still being very fine, and elegant.
