100% Chardonnay from two plots in Bisseuil: Les Cotese and Les Rocheforts both planted between 1962-1963 all on chalk soils. Vinified in 228L barrels with 10 months on the lees before 42 months sur lattes. Disgorged with 2g/L. Only 1,440 bottles made.
Incredible notes of lemon and citrus alongside deep minerality and a long salty finish. My notes just say "wow" at the bottom...
