This plot of Aligote is situated at a high altitude of 470 meters and is surrounded by pastures. It sits on the border with the Hautes Côtes de Nuits. Its isolation along with organic farming practices provides healthy vines and allows for minimal spraying. The combination of this higher elevation site, with organic farming practices, and a light hand during wine making has allowed for there to be incredible freshness and tension in the wines.
