100% Chardonnay from the Vandieres vineyard on the right bank of Vallee de la Marne on sandy clay, topsoil, and chalk soils. Aged in 3-6 year old barrels, and undergoes malolactic fermentation before 54 months sur lattes. This is a truly vibrant blanc de blancs, full of citrus, florals, and chalk. Fabien's wines always contain incredible restriant and energy, just a stunning Champagne.
