100% Verdejo from 3 parcels: Las Comas, El Chivitero and Los Picones. After destemming and a brief maceration (4-24) hours, the grapes are pressed and fermented in steel (90%) and used French barrels (10%). The wine is bottles after 8 months of lees aging. With its beautiful orchard fruit, dense mid-palate, and singing acidity, this wine will delight and impress just about anyone who enjoys Chenin Blanc.
