This is a blend of 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Sauvignon Blanc, fermented and aged in qvevri. Both see 2-day maceration and are blended at the end of fermentation. It's a vibrant and fun chillable red that has hints of tropical fruit along with bright cherry and strawberry. It's zippy and fresh with great acidity, perfect for a picnic with cheese/charcuterie or summer cookout, though there's a lingering complexity that makes it more than your average glou glou.
