Brundlmayer NV Brut Reserve

A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, and Gruner Veltliner from various sites in the Kamptal on specifically chalky soils. The wine is fermented in stainless steel and then aged in an array of different oak barrels before undergoing the second fermentation in the bottle. The wine has beautiful notes of yellow apple, and lemon alongside a bit of brioche. It is just welcoming with great balance and a bright, long finish. Perfect for an apertif or alongside an array of appetizers.
