This is an ultra-rare bottling of Pigato on a vein of blue marl, a project to explore the aging potential of Pigato. 'Endegu' is dialect for 'Indigo'. The wine spends two years in ceramic Clayver, and then held back in bottle for another two years before release. This is the most limited wine on offer today, not much is made.
