100% Pinot Blanc from clay-limestone soils in Les Coteaux du Kefferberg, aged in stainless steel for 18 months. This is a blend of the 2022 and 2023 vintages, which came to be after the 2022 had not fully fermented and some 2023 juice was added to finish the wine. The result is dry (<2g/L RS) and fresh with cutting minerality and great acid. It's bright and lively on the palate with a bit of effervescence on opening, which adds a nice textural element. A perfect summer wine in a liter bottle that's built to share!
