From a small 1.4 hectare parcel planted in 1913! (with small portions replanted 20 years ago as needed). Aged for 5 years in large barrel, then 1 year in bottle before release.
Eucalyptus, mint, cigar box, incense, delicate note of smoke and quite a salty, vibrant finish. Light bodied but with dusty tannins and so savory!
