The 2024 Le Rouge is a blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Saperavi from Seneca Lake. It is made with whole clusters to give it a vibrant and juicy profile with some added spice. It's a medium/light bodied wine with great fruit, a touch of earth and balanced acidity that is reminiscient of the bistro style wines of the Loire Valley. Best enjoyed with a slight chill, this has been a favorite among many of us--easy and agreeable, bright, juicy and fresh.
