Barbichette 2024 Chette Baker

This is skin-contact Gewurztraminer from organically farmed vines around Seneca Lake. It's a deep gold/amber color with soaring aromatics of peach and white flowers, not overly perfumey but still classic Gewurz. There is more peach and apricot fruit on the palate with wonderful texture and piercing acidity that feels perfectly in balance with the aromatic intensity. It's a wine that they haven't made in a few years and we are thrilled to see it back and to be able to offer some!
