Arnot-Roberts 2024 Sauvignon Blanc Randle Hill Vineyard (arrives 5/20)

This Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Randle Hill Vineyard in the Yorkville Highlands AVA, planted in 1982. It is direct pressed into stainless tank before aging ten months in a combination of neutral French oak and stainless steel. Only ten barrels produced. The 2024 is crisp, fresh and mineral, with delicate aromatics and a salty finish that would do well with oysters or any fresh seafood. It's an elegant style with lovely texture, restrained but still full of energy and personality. JD
