40% Albana, 40% Famoso, 10% Pignoletto, 10% Trebbiano di Romagna, all grapes native to Romagna! A brief 24 hours of skin contact gives us a lovely baby orange wine with incredible texture, notes of ginger, apple, and peach.

Tending the vineyards planted by his grandfather, Claudio Ancarani is now at the helm of this small winery located in Torre dell’Oriolo on the soft rolling hills that turn into the mountains of theTuscan-Emilian Appennines near the town of Faenza. The estate comprises 10 hectares of vines. Claudio applies natural vineyard management promoting biodiversity in his land, no herbicides and only copper and sulfur. He believes in winemaking with minimal intervention, he uses ndigenous yeast, no new oak and adds close to zero sulfites.
