Pinot Gris grown about 5km south of the Rhein on clay/limestone soils. There is a brief maceration on the skins providing a pale pink color. Aged for one year in a mix of steel and big barrel. This wine is beautifully fresh with great texture and power. A fun wine to sip on its own or with an array of appetizers.
