Made from 62% Meunier, 20% Chardonnay and 18% Pinot Noir grown in sandy, clay-limestone soils, it is entirely from the 2020 vintage and ages for 9 months in barrel followed by 30 months sur lattes. Hand riddled, unfined, unfiltered, and disgorged with zero dosage, this is a Champagne of purity and precision with a very delicate mousse. Just 5,000 btls produced.
