100% Chardonnay planted between 1969-1982 in Vrigny and Janvry. The wine is aged in jarres and oak barrels before spending 24 months sur lattes. All riddling is done by hand and disgorged according to the lunar calendar. The wine gets zero dosage. This is a rich blanc de blanc that is bright and focused. Beautiful notes of lemon peel and dried flowers give way to incredible texture and bright acidity.
