Moncuit, Pierre NV Coulmet Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru [2020]

From a single parcel in Sezanne on chalk and limestone soils. Grapes are hand harvested and undergo alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stanless steel before spending 24-30 months on the lees. Disgorged in May 2025 with 7g/L dosage. 

This is a fresh, pretty Champagne full of ripe fruit and minerality. Perfectly in balance with excellent purity.
