From Mesnil-sur-Oger with an average vine age of 60 years on kimmerigian and limestone soils. Grapes are hand harvested and undergo alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel. Aged 10 years sur lattes, disgorged in July 2025 with 3g/L dosage.
A beautifully fine and elegant Champagne with yellow apple and marzipan notes. Incredibly textured with fine bubbles and strong minerality.
