A collaboration between our dear friend Pepe Raventos and a fellow winemaker from Sant Sadurni D'Anoia, in Catalunya, Francesc Escala. Can Sumoi is an old farm dating back to 1645, at 600m altitude. This is a delicious and refreshing ancestral method of Montonega, a local grape that is peppy and delivers fresh acidity. Yum!
