This is a beautiful sparkling Blanc de Noir of Zinfandel, from vines planted in the late 1800s! It is made in a Champagne style with fine bubbles, just a hint of toasty brioche and great texture. The acidity soars and cuts through while the finish is crisp and dry. It's a top-notch sparkling wine that not only holds its own alongside Champagne, but has some added intrigue and personality you won't find anywhere but California.
