Sourced from the lieu-dits Les Champs d'Argent, Les Combes, and Les Clos Prieur. Grapes are fully destemmed and aged for 12 months in neutral oak. The fruit here is a touch darker than the Passetoutgrain with black cherry and cranberry. It is very concentrated with flavor and drinks beautifully smooth with a lifted finish.
